Before joining the Restorative Approaches team at Resolve West, Izzy had already gained a wealth of experience from her studies and work in the charity sector. 

After completing a degree in Sociology at the University of Bristol, Izzy worked with the British Red Cross, and with Victim Support in Dorset where she specialised in offering pattern-changing courses for victims and survivors of domestic abuse. She then returned to university where she did a Masters in International Development, focusing on post-colonialism within the NGO/international aid sector.

I believe that RJ gives victims the opportunity to voice their needs and to have the chance to be listened to on their terms.
