A dedicated Trustee, Jill brings valuable expertise in conflict resolution to Resolve West. With a background as a qualified solicitor, she began her journey in private practice, specialising in criminal and civil litigation, including family law. 

While working in-house for Boots PLC, she advised on employment law and general litigation, before becoming HR Director at Boots Manufacturing. Here, she adeptly managed union negotiations, change initiatives, and leadership coaching. In 2013, Jill trained as a restorative justice facilitator and excels in handling complex and sensitive cases. She became a Trustee in 2020, adding a wealth of experience to the team.
