An enthusiastic Trustee at Resolve West, Lou brings a wealth of experience in client-oriented work and commissioned services. Previously a Trustee and Vice Chair for a Bristol-based homelessness charity, she is eager to offer her guidance and help us shape projects. 

Lou’s journey began as a Registered Nurse at the BRI, before she became a support worker, using her skills to make life better for adults with learning disabilities and the gypsy and traveller community. Currently, she supports victims of domestic abuse through her role at a charitable organisation. A true Bristol native, Lou enjoys rugby as a season ticket holder for Bristol Bears, and in warmer weather, loves to explore beaches on trips in her motorhome.
