Michael is a dedicated Trustee and the current Chair of Resolve West, a role he’s held since 2019. With a background rooted in community support, Michael began his journey by raising funds for building projects in Uganda and Sierra Leone with an international development charity. 

After earning a Master’s Degree in Law from Bristol University, he moved into the finance sector, showcasing expertise in trusts before diversifying into various roles within the bank. As the Product Manager for financial planning products and services, he oversees commercial performance, propositional development, risk management, and supplier relationships. Michael joined us as a Trustee in 2017, and his commitment to conflict resolution, community wellbeing and leadership has been a huge asset to us.
