As a registered charity, we need a team of Trustees to steer our organisation and make sure we fulfil our legal and financial responsibilities. If you’re interested in this voluntary position, we would love to hear from you.

As well as our staff team of 11, we have over 60 volunteers and a skilled board of Trustees who help us deliver our vital services across Bristol, Bath, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset and Somerset. But we’re always looking for more people to become Trustees, help us manage our strategic plan and work together to continue to develop our services into the future.

I hadn’t a clue what Trustees did until I became one. The work is surprising, sometimes challenging but always rewarding. I’d encourage anyone with a bit of spare time and a passion for an organisation to get involved. You won’t regret it!

Trustee

We welcome people who have an interest in communities, resolving conflict and repairing harm, and improving the quality of people’s lives. You will need to commit to being on the board for at least two years, and attend six meetings a year– which we currently hold in the evening on Zoom.

We will:

  • Give you an opportunity to increase your knowledge and understanding of both conflict resolution and restorative justice.
  • Give you experience of working with a committed, open, and friendly team of staff, volunteers and the trustee board.
  • Give you the opportunity to help provide vital services to people who have been the victim of crime or conflict, or the perpetrator.

Think you could get involved as a Trustee? We’d love to hear from you.
