Beacon Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data Breach

Earlier this week, along with many other charities and organisations who use the Beacon Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, we have been notified that a cybersecurity incident affected certain data stored on their systems. As a result, some personal information stored on Resolve West’s database may have been accessed by an unauthorised third party. For information about this cyber-security incident and what steps Resolve West is taking to mitigate you can read more on our Privacy Statement page.

Kim brings a wealth of experience from her career in the NHS. She started as a mental health nurse, then went on to manage various mental health services before becoming a commissioner of health and social care services.

Now retired, Kim works as a Trustee for us, as well as for the local charity MusicSpace. She also chairs the Avon and Somerset Independent Scrutiny of Police Complaints Panel. When Kim’s not doing all of that, her interests span reading, gardening, and embarking on interesting holidays. She’s lived in central Bristol for many years, and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
