Beacon Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data Breach

Earlier this week, along with many other charities and organisations who use the Beacon Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, we have been notified that a cybersecurity incident affected certain data stored on their systems. As a result, some personal information stored on Resolve West’s database may have been accessed by an unauthorised third party. Mark originally trained as a Practitioner through Resolve West and then decided to join our staff team providing valuable support across our conflict resolution work. 

Before joining us, Mark volunteered with Samaritans and worked at the SS Great Britain. He’s now studying Psychotherapy at the University of the West of England in Bristol.

I enjoy working directly with the community as a Practitioner and seeing the benefit of bringing together people of different backgrounds. Resolve West is a lovely team of people to work with.
