Nina has a strong background working for third sector organisations supporting people affected by the criminal justice system. She has previously managed family support services and resettlement services within prisons in the Southwest. Nina joined as Services Manager in 2021 and works alongside Jules to ensure the smooth running of our services. Nina also works closely with each of our dedicated staff members, providing management and support.

Having worked closely with people within in the criminal justice system, I have seen the transformative impact that effective communication can have on all sides. It’s really important for me to work towards creating opportunities for people to communicate and ultimately have the chance to heal and repair harm.
