Ralph is a retired barrister and registered mediator, he brings over 40 years of legal experience from London, Bristol and New Zealand, specialising in civil and commercial disputes.

Ralph has acted in a wide range of mediations and qualified as a mediator in 2018. Since 2019, he has volunteered as a community mediator with Resolve West, bringing valuable practical insight to his trustee role.
