A dedicated Trustee at Resolve West, Silvia brings a wealth of expertise to help us with our work. In her day job, she is Head of Monitoring and Evaluation at Contact, a disability charity, collecting relevant data on the services it provides and the impact it has on families with disabled children. 

Silvia trained as a Community Mediator in 2011, volunteering with Calm Mediation on a number of neighbour dispute cases in London. She’s a great believer in mediation, alternative dispute resolution, and non-violent communication and since her move to Bristol in 2022 has been a brilliant addition to our team.
