Tony is a seasoned dispute resolution lawyer. He studied at University College Oxford and became a partner in prominent law firms before setting up his own practice in 2006. He has a deep understanding of the complexities of the judicial system and is a great champion of negotiation and mediation as an effective means of resolving conflicts.

Tony was accredited as a mediator in 1999, and has since led, co-mediated, observed, and advised parties in a broad spectrum of mediations, specialising in commercial dispute resolution. He also shares his knowledge through mediation training and courses and is Secretary of the Association of South West Mediators. He joined us as a Practitioner in 2015, advanced to a Trustee role in 2021 and is a valuable and knowledgeable part of the team.
