Restorative Justice Caseworker – 21 Hours

Location: Bristol

Hours: 21 per week (to be split over 4 days)

Salary:  NJC pt. 7- pt. 10 £20,092 – £21,322 (pro rata)

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and confident caseworker with enthusiasm and energy to join their hardworking team. The successful post holder will have excellent interpersonal skills, have some understanding of Restorative Justice, and the criminal justice system, and a strong commitment to promoting restorative approaches.  High levels of administrative, IT, organisational and inter-personal skills are essential.  The successful post holder will be working as part of a team and also on their own initiative, have excellent listening skills, managing enquiries into the service and holding their own caseload, putting partner agencies and key stakeholders at ease and deal with high levels of emotion whilst remaining calm, focussed and non-judgmental.

Excellent time management, understanding of managing risks and working under pressure and to deadlines is an essential part of this role whilst being able to reflect the professionalism of our service over the telephone.
